This simple 10-Minute Peanut Noodles Recipe is perfect for hectic weeknights. It's quick and easy to make, and sure to satisfy everyone. You can choose from soba, udon, ramen, rice noodles, or even linguini based on your preference. Make it gluten-free with your preferred noodle. Delicious!

Ingredients
Noodles to your preference: soba, udon, ramen, rice noodles, or even linguini
Sauce
Half a cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari sauce
2 tablespoon of coconut sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 lime juiced
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tsp chilly flakes
1/3 cup water with bouillon
To garnish
1 tablespoon sesame seed
3 spring onion
2 tablespoon crushed salted peanuts
Instructions
Cook pasta for noodles according to packet instructions.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them until well blended, then bring to a boil.
Combine the noodles with the sauce. Top with sesame seeds, salted peanuts, and spring onion.
Serve immediately.
