ABOUT ME

Hi friends, Welcome to my blog!

 

My name is Marchi, I love cooking and I strongly believe that our food not only should be delicious, but healthy and filling as well. My recipes are vegan and cover each colour of the rainbow for full nutritional benefits.

Don’t be afraid, my blog is not just for vegans! If you’re looking to reduce your meat consumption, or just trying to eat more veggies and fruits, feel free to have a look around! I have, smoothies, breakfasts, mains, sides, desserts…. Something for every occasion.

 

I love simple and old school ingredients! Potato, cauliflower, spinach, beetroot….. are my favourites. However, I am trying to bring back forgotten, but nutritious foods like millet, and who knows what else will inspire me!
 

I consider myself an international citizen, so my ingredients and recipes are all around the globe. I am also originally from Hungary, so I convert traditional Hungarian food to a healthier plant-based version.

 

My blog also contains tips and nutritional facts, so read, tag and save them. Many of my recipes have YouTube video links, hoping you will find these useful.
