I didn't use to like tofu as it always had that aftertaste, same as for soymilk. However, We tried a range of both tofu and soymilk and found some which we really liked. So now just sticking to our favorite brand, we eat way more of these.
To spice up the flavors, I have got certain marination and cooking technique as it can be quite blend. This marinade has the added soy taste with the slightly cheesiness of nutritional yeast, which also add some nutritional value.
Serve this with Papaya salad or other side dishes, it is quite versatile.

Ingredients
8 slices of firm tofu, around 300 g
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Potato cornstarch to bread
olive oil to fry
Mix the soy sauce and the nutritionist. Play the slices of the tofu in on a plate and then pour soy me soy sauce and nutrition oil yeast mix on top. Let it rest for about half an hour.
Play starch in a flat plate and then quote by turning it over the tofu slices in. Olive oil on medium high heat up then place the full slices in once that side has fried turn it over and leave it for another two three minutes.
Oil and then place it on kitchen Towers to soak up the excess olive oil then serve it with some vegan yogurt or sriracha sauce on top of the salad.
