Dill and Lentil Stir-fry Recipe
Looking for a straightforward and refreshing dish to make? Try this easy and delicious recipe. It's ideal for using fresh ingredients or leftover rice. The ingredients are basic staples that are easy to store. For example, many of us have carrots in the fridge, and you can either cook lentils quickly or keep some canned ones in your pantry.
Make sure to buy BPA-free products, as we want to avoid causing more harm than good. Although this recipe calls for dill, you can use any other herbs you have on hand.

Ingredients
Rice
1/2 cup brown rice cooked.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
Stir-fry
Oil
Soy sauce
2 tsp garlic paste
1 Carrot, peeled and coarsely grated
1 can of lentils, drained and rinsed
1 handful of dill, washed and chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
Optional chili and spring onion
Instructions
Prepare rice by cooking it with a cup of water, along with salt and onion powder.
On medium heat, warm olive oil with garlic and liquid aminos for about two minutes. Add grated carrots and lentils. Cook for 7 minutes until the carrots are tender. Stir in dill and rice. Combine thoroughly and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Modify the salt to taste, adding more if necessary. Drizzle lemon juice over the top before serving.
Garnish with sliced spring onion and a bit of fresh chili.
