Chocolate Cherry Mousse Recipe

This Chocolate Cherry Mousse Recipe is perfect for a hot day or when you're hosting and want a refreshing dessert to end the meal. You can prepare everything in advance and keep these staple ingredients on hand to simply blend together. Serve it immediately, and I guarantee everyone will enjoy it.
If you want a smooth texture, leave out the chocolate chips and increase the cacao powder. Make sure no one has a walnut allergy. If someone does, skip the crushed walnuts; the mousse will still be pleasantly crunchy.

Ingredients, serves 2
1 tbsp Coco powder
2 banana, peeled sliced and Frozen
1/3 cup frozen cherry or tart cherry
1 medium avocado peeled and seeded
half a teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tbsp maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener)
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp crushed walnut
Instructions
Other than the walnut blend everything together until smooth.
Serve it small desserts or bowls or cups, sprinkle crushed out on top and serve immediately.
