Blueberry and Mango Smoothie

This Blueberry and mango Smoothie is one of my favorite go-to smoothies. These are not only delicious, but very healthy.

Blueberry is a superfood, that’s rich in antioxidants, low in calories but high in fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K. Also, blueberry may improve heart health and brain function. As always with blueberries, use organic ones as blueberry is on the dirty dozen's list when it comes to pesticides. Read more about it here.

Mangoes are so deliciously sweet; we would think it does not have many benefits. Otherwise, it would be too good to be true. But we would be wrong! Mangoes are also very nutritious, packed with vitamins and minerals, high in antioxidants. Also, very good for heart health but in addition, great for our digestion and eyes as well. As an added bonus, it nurtures our skin from the inside.

So, this smoothie should definitely tick your blue and orange color for the day!
In addition, use probiotic yogurt, which will improve your gut health as well.
To make it you will need a blender.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup organic blueberries
2/3 cup mangoes
1/2 cup soymilk
1/3 cup of probiotic, no added sugar vegan yogurt.
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together and Enjoy!
