Apple, Strawberry and Mango Overnight Oat Recipe

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" They used to say! How right were they!
Breakfast is crucial, which is why my favorite overnight oat collection is crafted with this in mind. It's incredibly simple, nutritious, and tasty. Undoubtedly, these overnight oats meet all the criteria.
My newest recipe is: Overnight Oats with Apple, Strawberry, and Mango.
Besides the beneficial nutrients from the fruits, chia seeds and ground flaxseed provide the fiber necessary for healthy digestion and essential omega oils.
Purchase vegan yogurt with prebiotics and probiotics to nourish your beneficial bacteria and enhance its diversity. A more diverse variety contributes to better health!

Ingredients
makes 2-3 portions
1/2 cup organic frozen Strawberry
1/2 cup frozen diced Mango
1 organic apple, cored and seeded
3 tbsp chia seed
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
Coconut water, around 1-1.5 cup
1 cup oat
1 cup of your favorite pre-, probiotic vegan yoghurt
3 tbsp raisin
Instructions
Blend the fruits with some coconut water to covers everything in the blender.
Mix fruit mixture with chia seeds and ground flaxseeds. Divide this mixture between 3 bowls.
Mix oat, raisin and yoghurt. Finally top fruit mixture with oat mixture. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy next morning (even the one after) Yummy 😋🤩
