Vegan Vanilla Milkshake Recipe - Cooking with Marchi
Vegan Vanilla Milkshake Recipe

Everyone deserves a deliciously creamy treat now and then. The great news is that this Vegan Vanilla Milkshake Recipe offers that creamy indulgence without being too indulgent. You can savor this on a warm summer afternoon or whenever you're in the mood for something sweet.

I recall when the first McDonald's opened in our town! It was quite a while ago, and I wasn't vegan at the time. My brother and I couldn't get enough of the milkshakes. My favorite was always the strawberry, but who could ever resist any of them!

In this recipe, I use frozen bananas. First, they help cool the drink, providing an ice-creamy texture. Additionally, bananas freeze well, making them convenient for other drinks and dishes too. Moreover, if you freeze them in slices, it's simple to take the right portions from the freezer. What a hack!

My two favorite vanilla yoghurt to use are:

(I am not sponsored by either of them!)

Kingland Soypro+ yoghurt

Ingredients, serves 2

1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup of soymilk, chilled

1 cup vegan vanilla yoghurt (prebiotic)

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

optional: cinnamon

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients together and serve fresh.

If the mixture is too thick, you can adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt or milk. If it's not dense enough, add more frozen banana.

Enjoy!
