Whether it's a beautiful summer day or a chilly winter one, if you're like me, you'll find any excuse to enjoy this tropical smoothie recipe to cool off or lift your spirits! Whether you need a refreshing breakfast boost or a post-workout pick-me-up, this vibrant blend is perfect for you. It's incredibly refreshing and flavorful, filled with juicy #pineapples, creamy #bananas, #mango and a splash of #coconutwater, it's like sipping on a beachy breeze.
As you may be aware, I absolutely love mangoes! They not only taste incredibly delicious but are also highly beneficial for our health. Here are some benefits. Consuming half a mango four times a week can nourish your skin from within.

The good news is that both mangoes and pineapples are included in the clean fifteen list, indicating there's no necessity to purchase organic versions (Source). To save money, opt for frozen varieties. Be cautious with canned pineapples, as they may contain a lot of sugar, so be sure to read the labels.
Ingredients
1/2 mango, (or 1 cup of frozen)
1 small banana or 1/2 a large one
1/3 cup of pineapple (ideally frozen, but might use from a can)

1/2 cup coconut water,
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together. Check consistency, add more coconut water if you like it thinner.
Enjoy!
