This Tropical Granny Smoothie is sweet and delicious and has soooo many benefits.


Organic prunes offer numerous advantages, yet many of us have lost the taste for them, associating them primarily with grandparents. That's why I named this smoothie Granny. Nonetheless, consuming 5-6 prunes daily is essential to reap their full benefits, and they serve as a great way to meet our daily purple fruit intake. This smoothie certainly accomplishes that, and even more.

Ingredients, serves 2


10 organic prunes, seeds removed

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 1/2 cups of soymilk


Blend thoroughly the ingredients and enjoy!
