This Prunes and Pomegranate Overnight oat is rich in fiber, antioxidants benefits bones, heart health and might help with cancer prevention.
Overnight oats are one of the most convenient and healthiest breakfasts of them all!
I wasn’t a fan of those, due to their consistence, but I discovered it’s so much better if we use yoghurt instead of milk. When I say yoghurt, I mean of Plant based yoghurt and with pre- and probiotics.

Mostly it has two layers. The bottom one is the fruity layer, Chia seed and ground flaxseed added for extra fiber and Omega 3.
And on the top layer the yoghurt and oat with additional raisins for sweetening if required. Also, sprinkle some walnuts on top just before eating it!
Not sure how to get your 6 prunes a day? This will sort it out!

Ingredients
6 prunes
1/3 of a pomegranate
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 of your favorite fruity yoghurt
1/3 cup of oat
1 tbsp raisin
Instructions

Mix together pomegranate, prunes and chia seeds. I like it crunchy, but if you prefer it smooth, blend it together, but you will have to sieve it to remove pomegranate seeds. In a bowl, add chia seed and ground
flaxseed and mix well. Rest it for 10 minutes.
In another bowl mix yoghurt, oat tbsp of raisins for extra sweetness. Add this as the top layer of your overnight oat.
Rest it Overnight and enjoy in the following morning.
Enjoy!
