Ingredients
1 head of broccoli
Sauce
1 birds eye chili
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic paste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Quarter the broccoli and place it on a baking tray.
Chop chili and mix it with the rest of the sauce ingredients. Mix well!
Pour the sauce over the broccoli making sure that every side is covered. Turning it over both sides.
Bake it for 10 minutes. Check and spoon some sauce on top. Bake it for another 10 minutes. Check if it's baked for your liking. If not, then bake it for another 10 minutes.
Enjoy as a main with a side dish!
