Isn't a crunchy coleslaw just delightful? I think so too. This Easy Slaw Recipe certainly delivers on this promise. We prepare various versions at home, depending on what it's accompanying. For British or European-style meals, we opt for a mayo-based version, but for Asian dishes, we definitely choose this one.
My husband always handles the mayo version, so I'll persuade him to share it with you here soon.
We simply need to collect the essential ingredients and allow them to stand out naturally. It's delightfully crunchy and fresh, making it an ideal accompaniment to any curry or spicy dishes.

Easy Crunchy slaw
1 cup of finely shredded cabbage
1 medium-sized organic Apple grated and cored
1 carrot peeled and grated
2 tbsp of lime juice
Dry roasted peanuts roughly chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients as instructed and mix well in a bowl.
