Are you looking for some side that super easy to prepare and requires minimal input? Look no further, you have found it! Try this Easy Baked Cherry Tomato Side Recipe.
This recipe doesn't specify quantities because it's quite flexible and depends on how much you want to eat, or how many people it is for. Consider whether there's another side dish or what type of main course you have. Just get some cherry tomatoes, splash over some Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil.
Advice for Apple Cider Vinegar: Raw, unfiltered ACV includes the "mother," a combination of antioxidants and beneficial bacteria that form during fermentation. Therefore, it's best to purchase the organic raw variety with the mother. Why choose organic? As you may be aware, apples are among the dirty dozen, known for high pesticide levels that could remain in the vinegar. Check out the list here.
